Bohnenkamp is bringing an extensive range of tools and accessories for workshops to the trade fair in Kassel. The portfolio, which is now presented in a separate accessories catalogue, ranges from assembly machines to a wide variety of tools and materials, and also includes special solutions such as the ‘Hanauer Maus’ for filling tyres with water. In addition, Bohnenkamp will be exhibiting the ISOfill, the first tyre pressure control system in its product range, along with selected agricultural treads. As well as this, specialists will be introducing the new Bohnenkamp shop system and presenting the wholesaler's nationwide used tyre disposal service.
Accessories for every workshop – proven and practical
With decades of experience in the assembly of wheels and tyres, Bohnenkamp has the needs of workshops firmly in mind. Every accessory on offer from Bohnenkamp has proven itself in the company's own assembly lines, some of them over decades. "Every day, we mount around 1,000 tyres in our central tyre logistics centre. We can therefore determine very accurately which machines, tools and equipment work reliably – and we only offer those workshop accessories that have proven themselves in our daily work," assures Heiko Holthaus, Head of the Agriculture and Forestry Business Unit at Bohnenkamp SE.
Debut for the ISOfill tyre pressure control system
Heiko Holthaus is also impressed by the ISOfill tyre pressure control system. The in-house development of the mechanical engineering company HR Agrartechnik GmbH is being presented by Bohnenkamp for the first time at PARTS & SERVICE WORLD. The ISOfill has been designed as a retrofit kit for tractors and towed vehicles, and enables the convenient and precise control of tyre inflation pressure. The RDRA (tyre pressure control) system optimises ground pressure and fuel consumption, especially with pressure-flexible IF and VF tyres, resulting in improved soil conservation and lower operating costs. Easy integration into the tractor's ISO bus allows direct control via the existing terminal.
Treads at PARTS & SERVICE WORLD
Bohnenkamp is showcasing two examples of RDRA-suitable tyres at PARTS & SERVICE WORLD. Apart from the Alliance VF 650/55 R 26.5 Agriflex 389+, the BKT VF 900/60 R 42 V-Flecto will also be on display. Both VF treads can carry up to 40 per cent more load at the same inflation pressure when compared to a standard tyre.
Visitors to the trade fair can also see the Alliance 480/70 R 28 Alliance 579 and the BKT 710/70 R 42 Agrimax Factor on site. The Alliance 579 is suitable for small and medium-sized tractors working on grassland, in vineyards or in orchards, while BKT's smooth-running Agrimax Factor is used on tractors in tillage – and is already prepared for the requirements of e-tractors.
Modern e-commerce trading platform for B2B
Bohnenkamp SE is also using PARTS & SERVICE WORLD to present its completely revised online shop. In early summer, the company launched a new shop system with a greatly expanded range of functions and services. At the upcoming trade fair, the wholesaler's shop specialists will be answering questions from the audience and users and highlighting selected features.
