For this purpose, a state-of-the-art filling station for PU materials was specifically installed, which can fill wheels from 4 to 25 inches. Three different compounds are available under the brand name Coga TireFill, which offer an optimum solution depending on the intended use.

Three filling variants for different requirements
The PU filling replaces the air in the tire with a permanent, elastic mass. This maintains ride comfort. Bohnenkamp offers the PU tire filling in three different variants.
- Coga TireFill Premium is the first choice for intensive use under the highest physical demands, for example in the recycling industry or for vehicles with long journeys.
- Coga TireFill Eco combines polyurethane with recycled rubber or PU granules. The compound is ideal for typical applications on construction site machines such as excavators, wheel loaders and forklifts.
- Coga TireFill Basic was developed for vehicles with a longer service life and is particularly suitable for stationary machines such as lifting platforms.
Technology for every tire and every inflation pressure
The different compounds can be used in almost any tubeless tire. But it can also be used with wheels that have tubes. Michael Kauhaus comments: 'Only the completely liquid Coga TireFill Premium is used for tubular tires. It contains no solids and is therefore optimally distributed in the tire tube. For all wheels, the filling quantity is always matched exactly to the desired filling pressure. This means that the wheel retains its spring properties even after filling.' From small wheelbarrow wheels to EM tires for use on construction sites, Bohnenkamp covers the entire size spectrum. Even wheels that are already in use can be retroactively filled, making them puncture-proof.
The filling station in Osnabrück is state of the art and meets all legal requirements for occupational safety and environmental protection. A closed filling cage, an exhaust air system and a surrounding drip tray ensure safe and clean operation. The curing process takes between 24 and 48 hours, depending on the tire size.
Sustainability from the circular economy
PU fillings with Coga TireFill not only contribute to operational safety but also to the conservation of resources – because recycling is part of the concept. Depending on the variant, recycled rubber granulate from old tires is reused. In addition to using waste material to produce PU granulate, Bohnenkamp also undertakes, upon request, the environmentally friendly disposal of filled and unfilled used tires, thus ensuring a closed material cycle.
