Bohnenkamp has been represented at the COREUM with a selection of EM tyres for many years. Among other things, the tyre wholesaler has positioned numerous BKT exhibits on the exhibition grounds near Frankfurt, and some vehicles are also on treads of the successful OTR manufacturer on the site. Against this professional backdrop, this year's meeting between Bohnenkamp and BKT kicked off. During the meeting, BKT presented their latest innovations and product developments; representatives of both companies also took the opportunity to strengthen the collaboration with mutual initiatives.
To mark the BKT visit, Bohnenkamp had updated and expanded the presentation and selection of exhibit items in advance. Visitors to the COREUM can now experience the different tyres on the respective appropriate surfaces. The treads are now in flat displays, which are filled with grit, gravel, scrap or sand, depending on the main area of use. Furthermore, a BKT Earthmax tyre in size 27.00 R 49 is on the premises. The tread, with an impressive outside diameter of 2.68 metres, has become a popular selfie attraction.
By choosing the location, Bohnenkamp apparently hit the right note with the guests from Mumbai. BKT CEO Arvind Poddar was very impressed with the versatile and highly modern construction platform after a tour of the COREUM. Both parties appreciate the industry meeting place and the proximity to the shared target group that the COREUM provides.
