Bohnenkamp acquires stake in wheel manufacturer Molcon BV and takes over exclusive distribution
Bohnenkamp SE, Europe’s leading wholesaler for tyres, wheels and rims for professional applications, is acquiring a stake in the Dutch wheel manufacturer Molcon BV and will also assume exclusive distribution of Molcon rims throughout its sales territory. With this step, both companies are further deepening the partnership announced in May 2026 and are strategically combining their strengths in development, production, sales and service.

Bohnenkamp SE ceases business activities in Russia and Belarus
The Bohnenkamp Group has suspended its business activities in Russia and Belarus. This decision is based on the European Union's new, expanded sanctions package 19 of October 2025, which now also covers tires and wheels for agricultural use.
Bohnenkamp and Michelin strengthen partnership around the KLEBER brand
For the 2026 financial year, Michelin and Bohnenkamp SE are realigning their cooperation on agricultural tires from the traditional KLEBER brand in Germany. The focus will not only be on broader availability of the product range, but also on the strategic positioning and anchoring of the brand.
