Bohnenkamp TrainingCenter starts the 2022 training year

Valuable information for representatives from the tyre trade, agricultural machinery trade and vehicle construction sectors

Consolidated knowledge on wheels and tyres: the Bohnenkamp TrainingCenter (BTC) is now starting 2022 with its latest programme. Together with its partners Bundesverband Reifenhandel e.V. (BRV) (Association of German Tyre Dealers) and the LandBauTechnik Akademie (Agricultural Engineering Academy), training courses are offered on the topics 'Tyre and Wheel Fundamentals' and 'Tyre Mounting Fundamentals'. The offer is aimed at all interested parties and professionals from the tyre trade, agricultural machinery trade and vehicle construction. It contains both online and face-to-face options.

Top priority for health and safety

For all face-to-face sessions, the safety and health of the participants is the top priority. Therefore, all training sessions take place with a hygiene concept and a reduced number of participants (max. 10 persons). In concrete terms, this means that the German 3G rule (vaccinated, recovered or tested) generally applies. In addition, the respective valid guidelines of the state of Lower Saxony apply. Timely registration is recommended for all dates.

Four training courses 'Basic Training on Tyre Mounting'

Due to increased demand, the BTC has expanded its offering in the area of 'Tyre Mounting Fundamentals' to four courses. The two-day events, which will start on 26 April 2022 and will each be held in Osnabrück, will not only provide theoretical but also practical content on tyre mounting and safety, as well as handy tips on tyre construction, materials and how to avoid mounting damage. In the process, participants mount agricultural tyres of various sizes and manufacturers onto matching rims.

'Basic Training on Tyres and Wheels'

The 'Basic Training on Tyres and Wheels' also takes two days and there are two online and three classroom events (the latter twice in Osnabrück and once at Coreum in Stockstadt am Rhein). It covers the following topics, among others: How is an agricultural tyre constructed? How do I determine the appropriate air pressure? What is IF/VF technology and what advantages does it offer? In addition, there is a lot of helpful information on the right choice of rims, legal framework conditions and the correct procedure in the event of tyre damage.
