We are pleased to welcome at our Osnabrück headquarters not only future specialists for warehouse logistics, but also future IT specialists for system integration as well as merchants for wholesale and foreign trade management, some of whom will begin their training as part of a dual business studies programme.
We are looking forward to working with the eight new colleagues and will provide them with advice and support in all departments. Before Antonia, Christopher, Max, Nico, Paul, Paulina, Philipp and René head off to their actual assignments, they will attend a two-day on-boarding event. Here, they will not only get to know our company, but also many members of the Bohnenkamp management team. An important part of the introductory event is also a detailed communication workshop. Later in the week, they will get on a forklift truck - including doing the Dekra driving test - before they all spend their first month together in the warehouse and logistics. We will welcome the newcomers to their departments at the turn of the month of September.
In customer service and sales, our trainees will pick up the phone from the onset and learn more every day. Even if they are closely accompanied by experienced colleagues, it will, of course, take a little practice to achieve the perfect dialogue. During this transitional phase, we would ask all customers and partners in telephone contact with us to show a little patience and understanding. Much appreciated!
And we hope our new team members have a great start, lots of new experiences and fun during their training!
